Instruction for Using Unmanned Delivery Box System

Unmanned delivery box system will be installed and operated for the dormitory students starting from February 7th, 2018. Follow this instruction for usage.

1. Location
A. 3rd floor Delivery Room in Dormitory (Current manned delivery room): Box 186 (A~F)
B. 1st floor behind Shinhan Bank ATM: Box 64 (G~H)

2. Operation Hour: 05 ~ 24 (Open throughout the year)

3. Notice
A. Service Fee
① Packages claimed within 24 hours from receiving shipment notification text: Free
② Packages claimed after 24 hours: 1,000 KRW per day, Maximum of 2,000 KRW

B. When requesting parcel delivery service
① Must specify the receiving student’s name, room #, Phone # (Actual #)
② Address: Namsan Residence Hall, Dongguk University, 30, Pildong-ro 10gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (서울시 중구 필동로 1길 30 동국대 남산학사)

C. Request delivery service considering the delivery box size
① Cannot store the packages exceeding the official delivery box No.6 (520×480×400)
② School is not responsible for the packages not fitting inside the unmanned delivery box. Please discuss with the delivery person regarding the drop off location.

D. To make room for new-coming packages, package may be discarded or stored somewhere else if not claimed within a week. (To avoid any missing packages, please claim the package on the day of arrival)
